Check your Subscription & Billing

It’s easy to check your account’s Subscription & Billing details, upgrade your current plan, change your credit card details, or cancel your subscription. To perform any of these actions, just do the following:

  1. In the Tymeshift WebApp, select Admin.
  2. Click on Subscription & Billing.

This is where you will see your current plan, plan price, next billing date, and the number of active users on your account.

Please bear in mind that if you pay via invoice, you will only see the agent count when you go to the subscription and billing section.

Note: to view the details listed above, you must have administrator rights. These can be enabled in Agent Permissions.
