Changing your payment details or billing address is quick and easy! Below are guides to help you do both.

Note: you must have Subscription & Billing access within Agent Permissions in order to make changes.

Update payment details

If you ever need to change or update your credit card information, you can follow the steps below:

1. In the tymeshift Web App, click on Admin.
2. Click on Subscription & Billing.
3. Click on Add New Credit Card and fill in the new information.

Note: you will need to select the subscription plan to update your card details, or you can contact us at support@tymeshift.com

Update billing address

If you would like to change the email address where your payment receipts are sent, you can follow the steps below: 

1. In the tymeshift Web App, click on Admin.
2. Click on Settings.
3. In Account Details, update the email address. 
4. Click Save.
