How do I change my subscription?

If you want to upgrade or downgrade your account, the steps you take will depend on your method of payment.

  • If you are paying by credit card, simply select the new plan you would like to have from the Subscription & Billing page.
  • If you are paying via invoice, please reach out to your Tymeshift point of contact or sales@tymeshift.com.
