Tymeshift automatically tracks your agents' movements inside of Zendesk. Agents can move from one Ticket to another, start a Chat, or begin a Call, all while Tymeshift monitors and collects the data in real-time. It's that simple!
In addition to Automatic Tracking, you can also create General Tasks (you might know them as AUX states) for lunch, breaks, and other activities. Just a reminder, agents will have to log into these activities manually.
