If you use IP Restrictions within Zendesk or third party security software, you will have to whitelist specific Tymeshift IP addresses. You must be a Zendesk Administrator to do this.
Note: This is only referring to IP Restrictions feature within Zendesk. A local VPN or IP restriction will not cause any issues unless you have restrictions for Tymeshift.
To whitelist IP addresses, follow these steps:
- Go to your Zendesk Account and select the Zendesk Products icon in the top bar.
- Click on Admin Center.
- Click the Security icon in the left sidebar, then click Advanced.
- Insert the IP addresses listed below into the Allowed IP ranges box.
- Click Save.
Important: for Tymeshift to work as expected, you must whitelist the IP addresses listed below. If your corporate firewall requires you to whitelist domains in order to allow traffic, please whitelist .tymeshift.com and .tymeapp.com.
