Enabling 3rd party cookies in Google Chrome

In order for Tymeshift to track your agents accurately, they need to have enabled 3rd party cookies in Google Chrome (the browser most adequate for using Tymeshift). 

Bear in mind that having 3rd party cookies enabled is something that Zendesk also requires. Therefore, we recommend you check that all your agents have this setting enabled.

To enable 3rd party cookies in Google Chrome, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the 3 dots on the upper-right corner of Google Chrome
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Type "cookies" in the search bar 
  4. Select "Cookies and other site data"
  5. Make sure "Allow all cookies" is enabled and that you don't have either Tymeshift or Zendesk in the section "Sites that can never use cookies"
