Issues installing Tymeshift

Having trouble installing Tymeshift? Here are some things to check that might be causing the issue:

Check Zendesk Permissions

You must be a Zendesk Administrator in order to install Tymeshift. Here's how to check if your account has Administrator rights: 

  1. Click on your photo on the upper right corner in Zendesk.
  2. Click on View Profile.
  3. In the upper left corner, check if your Role is assigned as Administrator.


Check IP Restrictions

If your Zendesk account has IP Restrictions enabled, you'll need to permit access to our IP addresses in order to allow it to connect to Zendesk. 

Check if you already had a Tymeshift trial

If you (or someone from your company) started a Tymeshift trial previously, please contact us and let us know and we'll remove your old trial account so you can install a fresh one.
