Why are my Solved Ticket numbers different in Zendesk and Tymeshift?

Tymeshift counts Solved Tickets a bit differently than Zendesk does. See here more information about how Tymeshift calculates Solved Tickets. 

If the ticket is solved by an automation, the action is not taken by the agent and so a solved point will not be attributed to any agent.
