When you install Tymeshift, by default, your agents will see it in three places within Zendesk. You can change what your agents see by going to Agent Permissions in Tymeshift. Here are details on the three places your agents will see Tymeshift within Zendesk and how it looks like.
- The Top Bar App in Zendesk Support
When an agent clicks on the Tymeshift icon in the upper right corner of their screen, the window below will appear.
- The Tickets Sidebar App in Zendesk Support
When an agent clicks on the Apps button on the right sidebar, the window below will appear.
- The Zendesk Chat Sidebar App
Agents who use the Zendesk Chat App will see the information shown below on the right side of their open chat window.
