This feature is a must if you would like to see a complete overview of your team's activity from a single screen! Dashboard allows you to see your most vital Metrics in one place!
To access this feature simply follow these steps:
- Log into your Tymeshift WebbApp.
- Click on Dashboard Icon.
You can filter the data you see on your dashboard by using the following parameters:
- By date, by selecting one of the predefined periods like Today or Yesterday or selecting the custom date range of your choosing .
- By Group, Agent View or Zendesk Tag, simply by selecting the appropriate from a drop-down list by clicking on the buttons in the upper right corner.
- Determine what you would like to have displayed on the Leaderboard by filtering the Metric you would like to see .
- In addition to these filters, from the Dashboard you will have an overview of Average Handle Time, CSAT Score, Occupancy Rate, Attendance Rate and Productivity (Number of Escalated, Reopened, Solved, Attended and Received Tickets).
Note: fullscreen option makes it easy to display your dashboard in your agents' area for a quick point of reference as to how they are performing. You can access it simply by clicking on the expand button in the upper right corner of your screen.
