This feature allows you to add, edit and/or delete products that have been entered onto tickets or tasks by your agents.
First you will need to ensure that appropriate agent(s) are able to add products, from your Agent Permissions.
How to access and edit Manage Products:
- From the 'Admin' drop down menu, select 'Manage Products'.
- You have the option to delete each entry entirely by clicking the red 'X' next to the appropriate entry.
- Just click the green pencil if you need to make adjustments to any particular entry.
- Search for the entry you need by Name, Ticket#/Task Name, Product Name, Price, Cost or Quantity
