Install the Tymeshift for Zendesk Support App:
- Go to the Tymeshift for Zendesk Support Marketplace listing
- Click "Install"
- Select your Zendesk Support account and click Install again
- Enable any desired role/group restrictions and click Install one last time (NOTE: We typically recommend leaving Role/Group restrictions off)
Complete the setup & creation of your account:
- Click the new TS icon in the upper right corner of your screen
- Click the link “CLICK HERE TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT”
- Select “Allow”
- Enter your contact information
- Click “Create my Tymeshift Account” button
