In TymeShift it is possible that your time zone will not be set up correctly at the start. However it is quite easy to change if need be!
Follow these steps to change your time zone
- Log into your Zendesk account
- Open a ticket and use the app to access your Tymeshift account by selecting "Admin"
- Click on "Admin" and then "Settings"
- Locate the "Timezone" section on your settings page and click the arrowing pointing down to access the drop down menu
- Select the appropriate time zone and your settings will save automatically
- You are done!
You can eliminate steps 1 & 2 by simply going to your Tymeshift URL "XXCompanyURLXX.Tymeapp.com"
