The Google Calendar integration will allow you to sync your Tymeshift schedule with Google Calendar. By syncing Tymeshift with Google Calendar, you will be able to see your intraday schedule within your Google Calendar.

Note: This is a one way sync and can only push Tymeshift intraday schedule into your Google Calendar. The schedule will follow your timezone set within Google Calendar and Tymeshift will only sync with the primary calendar.

Enable Google Calendar Integration

1. Hover over the gear icon on the navigation bar.
2. Click on Integration in the drop down.
3. Toggle on the Google Calendar integration.
4. Refresh Zendesk page after the integration is enabled.

Sync Tymeshift with Google Calendar

You will now see the Google Calendar icon within the Tymeshift schedule app within your Zendesk. To sync your Google Calendar with Tymeshift:

1. Click on the Google Calendar Integration next to the time off. 
2. Click on the Connect button and you will be redirected to choose which google account you would like to connect with Tymeshift. Make sure to choose your email that is associated withTymeshift.
3. Choose Allow and you will be redirected with a message confirming the sync is successful.
4. Refresh your Google Calendar and you will now see your intraday schedule within your Google Calendar.

Note: To double check the integration is connected, you can go back to your Tymeshift schedule in Zendesk and click on the Google Integration icon. It should show as connected.

Disable the Google Calendar Integration for individual

1. Click on the Google Calendar icon within your Tymeshift Schedule in Zendesk.
2. Click on Disconnect and select Disable Integration in the pop up.
3. Refresh your Google Calendar.

Important: Once disconnected, the Tymeshift schedule will gradually be removed from your Google Calendar and will take a few minutes to fully be removed.

Disable Google Calendar Integration for account

To disable the Google Calendar Integration for the whole account:

1. Hover over the gear icon on the navigation bar.
2. Click on Integration in the drop down.
3. Toggle the Google Calendar Integration off and select Disable Integration.

Important: When an admin disconnects the Google Calendar integration, it does not disable connections between the agents' schedule and their Google Calendar. The agents will have to disconnect their calendars from their end manually as well.
