The Default Agent Attendance Report in the Reports feature will give you insights on historical agent attendance. This report will allow you to analyze your agents attendance over a selected period of time and you will be able to group the data in a variety of ways and apply specific filters to have a more granular view of your agents attendance.

Note: When using Historical Agent Attendance in reports, this is used for historical reporting only. Same day data will be disabled on this report. For same day or real time attendance reporting, you will still use the standard Agent Attendance.

Access Default Report

  1. To access Default Reports, hover over the folder icon on the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Reports from the dropdown and on the top left side of the page you will see Default Reports and then Agent Attendance beneath it.
