On both Windows & Mac there is a setting to sync your computer's clock automatically. If this setting is turned off, meaning that you can manually adjust your clock, it may cause issues when attempting to Clock In and Out of General Tasks in the Tymeshift Zendesk App.
To ensure you do not have any issues using your Tymeshift App within Zendesk, we recommend that you allow your computer's time to be set automatically.

Important: if you're currently experiencing an issue with Tymeshift due to this, you'll need to completely close your browser and reopen it once you've fixed your computer settings. After that, you should be able to use Tymeshift to Clock In and Out again, without any issues.
