If a customer requests an invoice, please follow the steps below:
1 - Reply to the customer applying the macro "Invoice - 1st reply"
Category field: Support >>> Payment/Invoice Questions
2 - Send the ticket as Pending
3 - Reopen the ticket and assign it to the Sales Team with an internal note like "Hi Team, please proceed"
