You must be a Zendesk Administrator in order to install Tymeshift. Here's how to check if your account has Administrator rights:
Does your Zendesk account have IP Restrictions Enabled? If they are enabled, you'll need to permit access to our IP addresses in order to allow it to connect to Zendesk.
Did you (or someone from your company) start a Tymeshift trial previously? If so, please contact us and let us know and we'll remove your old trial account so you can install a fresh one.
