This error is most commonly caused by one of the following:
- Temporary internet or internal network connectivity issue
Solution: Submitting the ticket again once the network connectivity issue has been resolved will typically fix the problem.
- A connection issue with Tymeshift
Solution: Check out our status page to see if any recent issues were reported in your region.
- A connection issue with Zendesk
Solution: Check out Zendesk's status page to see if any recent issues were reported in your POD.
