Zendesk limits the number of concurrent API calls that can be made each minute to your Zendesk account. This is a global limit which applies to all of the Apps you have installed as well as internal services that utilize the Zendesk App. Thus, it's important to understand the API usage of each service or application that is connected to your API to ensure your account remains beneath the API limit.
Tymeshift provides an API report which tracks API calls specific to Tymeshift. This can be helpful in understanding how many API calls Tymeshift makes to your Zendesk account as well as a tool to diagnose problems if you are exceeding your rate limit.
You can access this report by going to: Admin > Settings > Show Advanced Options > API Usage Report
In addition to this report, Zendesk offers API reporting which will allow you to see the total number of calls all of the applications/services that are connected to your Zendesk make. It may be useful to compare Tymeshift's report to Zendesk's report.
