When your agent opens up Tymeshift inside his/her Zendesk, he/she will be able to access Agent Dashboard. This feature allows you to see your most vital information, like your current activity (you can clock into a General Task from this view), Schedule (for today or for any day of the week) and performance from one screen! In addition, you can choose if you want to see "me" or "team" statistics.
Note: In order for your agent to have access to this feature, you need to enable it in the Agents Permissions page, under Zendesk APP Options.
After setting this up your agent will be able to access their Dashboard inside the Tymeshift Zendesk App by clicking on the following icon:
