- Blockout: predefined days or periods when your team cannot request Time Off (for example, during the high season).
- Exception: predefined days or periods when you cannot schedule your agents (for example, bank holidays).
To Add Blockouts and Exceptions simply:
- Go to Schedule .
- Click on Shift Templates .
- Click on Add Blockout or Add Exception .
Note: once you have set your predefined blockouts or exceptions, they will be listed on the left, and you will be able to edit them.
